Paul uses it over and over again in his letters, as if everything he wants to say about the Christian life comes back to these two simple words. For Paul, everything that matters begins and ends in Christ.<\/p>\n<p>In his letter to the Colossians, Paul tells us that the whole world was created in Christ. Everything that exists is held together in him. Every breath we take, every heartbeat, every sunrise \u2014 all of it is part of this one reality. When Paul says we are \u201cin Christ,\u201d he isn\u2019t talking about a religious idea or something symbolic. He\u2019s describing what\u2019s actually true about who we are and where we live. Our hope is in Christ, our salvation is in Christ, our future is in Christ. There\u2019s nothing that sits outside of him.<\/p>\n<p>To be \u201cin Christ\u201d means we are part of something bigger than we can imagine. It means our small, ordinary lives are caught up in a much larger story. The same Christ who shaped galaxies holds our lives together when everything feels uncertain. The same Christ who breathed life into the world breathes hope into our hearts. To be in Christ is to know that nothing is wasted, and that every part of our story is held within his love.<\/p>\n<p>This book is built around that same foundation. Each day begins with a verse where Paul talks about our life in Christ. Then there\u2019s a short reflection \u2014 a thought for the day \u2014 to help us slow down and let the truth sink in. After that comes a simple action, something that connects the thought to real life. Finally, there\u2019s a prayer, a reminder that we can only live this way through God\u2019s grace.<\/p>\n<p>We are in Christ, and Christ is in us. That\u2019s not just a nice idea; it\u2019s the truth about who we are. This is what God wants us to know \u2014 that we are loved, accepted, and secure because our lives are wrapped up in his.\u00a0To live in Christ is to rest in that love.
