We will consider your request at our discretion, but we are not obliged to approve a change-of-mind return unless required by law.<\/p>\n If a book arrives damaged, is faulty, is materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess damage or an incorrect delivery.<\/p>\n We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair where appropriate, a replacement, a refund or another remedy required by law.<\/p>\n Where a return is required because a product does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, we will advise you how to return it and meet the return costs where required by law.<\/p>\n If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number.<\/p>\n We will investigate the delivery and work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue. Where an order is lost or not delivered as required, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n We will try to stop an order that has not yet been dispatched.
